EvGo UAE provides electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure products and related services, including:


  • Supply and installation of AC and DC EV charging equipment
  • Fleet charging management systems
  • Commercial EV charging solutions for property developers
  • Residential EV charging installation services
  • Maintenance, monitoring, and after-sales support

    • All services are subject to separate service agreements and quotations, which take precedence over these general Terms.

    2. Website Use

    You may use evgo.ae for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:


  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable UAE federal or emirate-level laws
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the site

    All content on evgo.ae, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software, is the property of EvGo UAE or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.


    The EvGo name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks of EvGo UAE. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

    Product specifications, pricing, and availability published on this website are for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Formal quotations and technical specifications provided in writing by EvGo UAE representatives shall govern any commercial transaction.


    All products conform to the international standards stated on their respective product pages. EvGo makes no warranty that products are approved by any specific UAE regulatory authority unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

    5. Enquiries and Quotations

    Submission of a contact form or enquiry does not constitute a binding contract. Binding agreements are formed only upon execution of a written service agreement or purchase order signed by an authorised representative of EvGo UAE.

    To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, EvGo UAE shall not be liable for:

  • Damages resulting from reliance on information published on the website

    • Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of services contracted under the relevant service agreement.

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
